Coordinate Pickup
We will coordinate with a local non-profit partner or recycling service to schedule a convenient time to pick up the mattress from your home.
Verification and Proof
Once the mattress is collected, simply provide us with a scan or photo of the pickup donation receipt to verify the return process.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive your donation receipt, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
